SHIPPING:
1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Herro Hachi ships all over the world!
2. When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
Estimated arrival:
Within Canada – anywhere from 1-4 business days
To U.S.A – anywhere from 4 business days to 2 weeks
To Asia – anywhere from 1-4 weeks
To Europe – anywhere from 1-4 weeks
Please note that these are just estimates based on experience, there will be instances where arrival of packages will be delayed due to customs or time of the year (i.e Christmas season). Please keep this in mind when ordering presents or anything that has a deadline date, Herro Hachi will not be responsible for packages arriving late.

3. Why didn’t I get a tracking number?
Packages do not automatically come with a tracking number. If you would like to request a tracking number, please send an email to info@herrohachi.com and an alternate shipping rate can be set-up for you.
4. Can I pick up my order if I live in Vancouver?
Yes, please send an email to info@herrohachi.com with details of your order (item, size, mens/womens, quantity) and we can arrange a time and place for you to pick up your order.

6. Can I still make a purchase if I don’t have a PayPal account?
After placing your order and “checking out”, follow the instructions on PayPal for how to pay without an account. You do not need to log in at any time.
7. Returns/Exchanges
Herro Hachi aims to provide quality products but if for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please send an email to info@herrohachi.com. Returns and exchanges will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Returned/Exchanged items must be in its original condition – unworn and unwashed.
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges when returning the item. You will receive a refund for the value of the item (not including shipping) as soon as the item is received, inspected, and approved.

8. When I washed my shirt, it shrunk! Can I get it exchanged for another size?
Please refer to Returns/Exchanges policy covered in question #7. Shirts are pre-shrunk so there should be very minimal shrinkage when washed. Before ordering for yourself or for others, please refer to the sizing guide to ensure you are getting the right size. If you are unsure about sizing, it is better to get a size that is too big rather than too small. If you are still unsure about sizing, please send an email to info@herrohachi.com and we will do our best to help you.
9. The size I want isn’t listed, when will you be re-stocking?
